Yarncast Episode 010: My favorite hooks
Episode 009 will not be uploaded but…
Here’s Chance opening my latest brown bag of sock yarn.
Episode 009 will not be uploaded because…
* It is in 11 parts due to interruptions, both technical and by the dog/kids
* The first half of the videos were accidently filmed in very low quality
* I can not get Sony Vegas to work on my newly upgraded computer to put them together anyway
* I do not have time this week to refilm it. I’ll just skip to Episode 10 next week.
But here’s everything I talked about:
FOs
Konijntje Pluis x2
Bursdagsluen
Easter Rye
wurm
Magic Fingerless Mitts Revisited
WIPs
Easter Riblet Socks
Discontinued Contrast
Stash Enhancements
21,224 yards since February 9th even though I am trying to go Stationery Sheep. Other than at yarncon, the Leading Men Fiber Arts color of the month, and the Highland Handmades color study club I plan to not buy any more unnecessary yarn until Black Friday. Only if I am even by then will I buy things in Black Friday sales.
I participated in the Reddit Gifts Yarn swap! This is what I received and this is what I sent.
Future Plans
* Lidian for the Knitting for Boys group KAL
* Fiery Mittens for the I Make Mittens group KAL. You can get the pattern for free if you plan to make them for the KAL.
* It’s a Hoot Owl Container for the Red Heart Lovers group CAL
* More Rye socks from Lion Brand Super Wash Merino Cashmere, to donate to Wool-Aid.
* Yarncon!!
There’s still some handdyed yarn available in my Etsy shop.
Thank you for being a fan!
